Welcome to the Smile Architect application. This application is dedicated to smile simulation for patients of partner dental clinics. The confidentiality of your data is our absolute priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Data Collection and Use

The application operates based on an invitation sent by your dentist.

• Authentication: You log in using the Google account where you received the invitation. We collect basic profile information necessary for authentication and verification.
• Images: The application requires you to take a photo of your face (with a wide, visible smile) to generate the simulation.

This data is used exclusively for generating your smile simulation through our technology (Nano Banana Pro).

3. Data Access and Sharing

The confidentiality of simulations is strict:

• Restricted Access: Generated simulations are accessible only to you (the patient) and the dentist who sent you the invitation.
• No Third Parties: We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.
• No AI Training: Your photos and data are NOT used for training public or commercial Artificial Intelligence models.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Encryption: All data is transmitted and stored securely, being encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
• Data Retention: Images and simulations are kept only as long as necessary. They are automatically deleted when:
  • The patient or dentist manually deletes the simulations.
  • The account is deleted.
