Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the My Hairstyle AI mobile app (the "App"), provided by Creativ Digital. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

My Hairstyle AI lets you take a selfie and receive AI-generated hairstyle suggestions rendered on your photo, with notes on the style and how to ask for it. The results are computer-generated simulations for inspiration only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Photos you upload

Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right and consent to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. You remain the owner of your photos — we do not claim ownership of them. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not use facial recognition or collect biometric identifiers (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Styles, credits, and payments

Generating hairstyles uses "styles" (credits): one style for a single look, three for "Surprise me". New users get a small free allowance to try the App.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law or by Google Play's policies, payments are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

6. AI results — important disclaimer

Hairstyle images are generated by AI and are approximations. They may not accurately reflect how a style will look on you in real life and are not professional styling, medical, or other advice. Always confirm with a qualified stylist or barber before making decisions. We do not guarantee any particular result.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems; no using it for any unlawful purpose; and no uploading content you are not entitled to use.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its software are owned by Creativ Digital and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the right to use the App as intended.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account, your photos, and any remaining styles are removed and cannot be recovered. To prevent abuse of the free allowance, a new account cannot be created with the same phone number for 30 days after deletion. We may also suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
