Deleting your XrayDent AI account

This page explains how to delete your XrayDent AI account and what happens to your data. You do not need to install the app to request deletion.

Delete it yourself, in the app (instant)

The fastest route, and it takes effect immediately:

Open XrayDent AI
Tap the settings icon on the main screen
Choose Delete my account
Confirm, then type DELETE when prompted

Deletion happens straight away. There is no waiting period and no review step.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email office@creativdigital.ro from the address associated with your account, with the subject Account deletion.

We will confirm the request, delete the account, and reply when it is done. We aim to complete requests within 7 days and will not exceed the 30 days required by the GDPR.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it. That is to protect you: an account holds patient records, and we will not delete one on the say-so of somebody who cannot demonstrate it is theirs.

What gets deleted

Everything associated with your account:

Your account and profile, including your practice name and settings
Every patient record you created
Every radiograph you uploaded
Every AI-generated report
Every review, amendment and note you added
Every PDF report you exported

This is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted we cannot recover any of it, including for you.

What is retained, and why

Purchase records. If you bought credits, we keep a record of the transaction — an order identifier, the product purchased and the date. These are financial records we are required to retain for accounting and tax purposes.

They contain no clinical information: no radiographs, no reports, no patient details, and no health data of any kind. They cannot be used to identify a patient.

Unused credits are lost on deletion and are not refunded.

Export your data first

If you want to keep a copy, export before you delete. In the app: Settings → Export my data. This produces a file containing your profile, every patient record, every report and review, and download links for your radiographs and exported PDFs.

Once the account is deleted, this is no longer possible.

Deleting a single case instead

If you only want to remove one radiograph rather than your whole account, delete that case from the list on the main screen. The radiograph, its report, your review and any exported PDF are removed, and your account is unaffected.
